“Richard and Rubin are a great team, very conscientious and thoughtful ensuring their work is carried out efficiently and cleanly explaining how and what they propose to do, seeking approval before starting the work. They are both friendly and approachable, willing to answer any questions. They treat your property with great care to ensure minimum disruption and ensure everything is clean and tidy during and after the work is done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any plumbing/ central heating work.”

“We have no hesitation in recommending Rich and his team after having a recent bathroom redesign and fit. Having asked for some advice about our plan, Rich gave us some ideas and suggestions of where to look at sanitary ware etc. Having chosen our preferences and sent them to Rich, he was more than happy to check the suitability and this happened several times. From start to finish Rich and his entire team, which included an electrian, plasterer and tilers, were punctual, courteous and very tidy. Whenever an issue occurred Rich came up with a solution and ensured minimal stress to us. We are really delighted with the result and our only regret is not discovering this great company sooner. Rich and Reuben’s work ethic is second to none coupled with positivity and humour. We have already booked them in for the next job; good things are worth waiting for!”

“Where do I start with this remarkable company? The job I had was two rooms knocked into one to make a large bathroom. You can imagine the issues that emerged, such as having to match ceilings, floors and doorways. However, no issue was a problem for Rich Burns. Skilled not only in heating and plumbing, but frankly, in every possible trade, he is a perfectionist in whatever he does. His son also has an excellent work ethic and is being trained up by Richard. Prompt, punctual and honest to the core, I would trust this company with any work on my house, as the finish is perfect. Rich has great ideas and is a problem solver, finding solutions to any issue that might occur along the way. Friendly, and professional always, it was a pleasure to have him and his workmen in my home. He has great contacts and knows the best tradesmen to call on to enhance your perfect home improvement. Nothing is too much trouble, and even if you change your mind along the way, Rich adapts and fulfils whatever you want for your home. Having ample experience, no job is too big or too small for this company, and even the most complicated of builds is something that Richard takes in his stride, managing whatever your wish list comprises. “Burns plumbing completed a new boiler install for us in our 4 bed detached house, (conventional to combi boiler - removing cold water tank, hot water tank and amending existing pipe work) along with installation of new radiators. They were extremely professional, clean/tidy, on time and reasonably priced. They provided expert advice while quoting and during the install. Would highly recommend to all. A 5 star tradesman.”

“So glad that we have such an amazing plumber like Rich working in Portishead! Can not reccomend him enough. I have used a number of plumbers and Rich's number is the one I always reach for! First time I ever called him was for an emergency and he came out within minutes! He was coming from another emergency too, where a family's boiler had broken down and so he was eager to get back and help them out...which says a huge amount about his integrity and work ethic. He is a great communicator, easy to talk to, replies promptly to text or calls and always gives sound professional advice. Rich has always been very upfront about costs and even adviced me on how I could save money even though it may not have been in his interest. Most of all he is very accommodating around his very busy schedule which is admirable. I am asking him back to change my shower in the coming weeks! In summary I can not reccomend Burns Plumbing and heating enough. Five stars all the way!”
